At present, the technology of slip ring can be divided into the following three categories:
1 Complex brush block technology
Generally adopt the forms of carbon brush, copper brush, silver/graphite/ Molybdenum disulfide and so on.?
2 Adopt noble metal alloy single silk, such as AuNi9, etc.
3 Sheaf brush technology
Sheaf brush is a special design for slip electric. Simply speaking, sheaf brush technology means adjusting the meal fibril and install it into a metal tube, please see the picture on the right side. In this cantalever design, the sheaf brush bind is scattered, and the chainless side is attached to the contact groove.
