Characteristics and application:

Electric slip ring is within the application scope of electric touch slippage connection. It is also called electric ring, or rotary joint, rotary electric interface, slip ring, integrated flow ring, return flow ring, loop and commutator. It is a precise power transmitting equipment for signal and current transmission. The application is suitable for places requiring unlimited and continuous power, signal and data transmission from fixed position to rotary position, especially the transmission of weak feeble data signals. It is made up of brush, the elastic material, electric ring, the surface material of slip touch, insulating material, felting and assembling support, precision bearing, dustproof cover and other accessories. Brush is of II type, touching symmetrically with slots of electric rings. Relying on the elastic pressure and sliding touch with electric ring slots, image signal and current are transmitted. Electric slip ring finds the wide application in safety guard, factory automation, electric power, finance, instrument, chemical industry, medical treatment, aviation, military affair, ship, transportation, architecture, and other electromechanical equipments.
